I can sometimes be found in the fourth fifth largest city in the state of Illinois. No mistaking me - just show up on the weekend, and I'll be the sober one. My current ID is the seal for the city. No, I don't work for it - I just had some empty space to fill, and the USB for my cell phone is currently in the next county.

If you'd like to join Naperville-Fiction, I'm going to make you jump through a few hoops. You can't just sign up. You have to make an appointment to see me in person (scary!), and you have to keep that appointment. Generally, this will be held in one of the local coffeehouses. This being Naperville, that will probably be a Starbuck's, but it's a nice Starbucks, so enjoy - and for Heaven's sake, please order something while you're there. Baristas have bills to pay, too.
Why I am making you do this? Because while Naperville is large for a town, it is small for a city - only about 145,000 people. Growth is going to take a while (if it is going

-- Are you a little lost as to how to get involved in the writing side of DA? Take a look at this helpful guide, How to get started with the Lit Community. It's got some wonderful advice and has helped many a deviant get their feet wet, so to speak, in the lit world!
-- We also opened up a chatroom!! We're currently trying to set up a better schedule, but we'll host little chats here and there fairly soon!
-- Before you start submitting, please familiarize yourself with our Submission Rules! This is just to make sure everyone's on the same page as far as contributing work goes, and helps keep the group running smoothly!
